The Story Behind Ledgens
At Ledgens we’re proud to carry on a rich history that began in 1956. The Nuccio family opened one of the first pizzerias in Dallas, Texas, and it didn’t take long for our pizza to win the title of “Best Pizza in Dallas” over 25 times. After a tornado in 2019 wiped out our original location, we’ve continued to honor the family legacy with a new spot in Midland.

Our pizza recipe is over 100 years old, created by the Nuccio family in Palermo, Sicily, and passed down through generations. For more than 60 years, it has been a favorite in Dallas, winning “Best Pizza” over 30 times. With a perfect blend of sweet and savory sauce and a crispy thin crust, Ledgens Pizza stands out for its unmatched flavor, made with the finest ingredients to keep the tradition alive for Texans to enjoy.
